Below you will find a tutorial outline that connects to all our instructional videos. Just click your way through the outline to see the videos that will cover the basic aspects of NouveauSoft. Remember, you can always get help and make suggestions via our online forum available under the HELP menu.

We received a lot of great ideas from you at the last college and through our support forum and have implemented many of these in this latest version. Check out the updated GET PROPERTIES tab, DOCUMENT GENIE and FILE menu to see these and other new features:

Updates 1/18/09:

• Updates to Strategy Coach outlines. More consistent content and the initial set of coaching outlines is complete.
• Updates to Profit Profit with more customized formulae for offers and suggested purchase prices. Better embedded documentation to make Profit Profit use clearer.
• Ability to export current list of Foreclosure Firehose properties to Excel from the FILE menu.
• Improvement to license verification function to prevent "no expiration date" messages.
• Properties are now linked to Snaptimator spreadsheets so that repair estimate details are retained between properties and sessions.

Updates 1/5/09:

• You can now specify the property type that you want to import. Available Types are RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL and LAND. Future updates to Xtreme and Plus versions of NouveauSoft will provide advanced calculators to help you perform your financial analyses on these types of properties.
• You can now select properties whose public auction dates fall into specific time periods.
• You can also select notices that have been published during specific time periods.
• Now you can input specific property addresses on the GET PROPERTIES tab to automatically research (if the property is in our national foreclosure database).
• The merge fields for automated documents are now alphabetized to help you customize your own documents.
• The DOCUMENT GENIE now links to NETRACTS -- to give you access to just about any kind of contract that you need for your business. These contracts have been developed and are supported by experts at US Legal Forms.
• We've expanded the number of instructional videos and are now including preliminary versions of strategies in the STRATEGY COACH.
• Using the FILE menu, you can now export the properties listed in the FORECLOSURE FIREHOSE..
Updates 12/15/09:
• Many new videos. We now have over 50 videos to help you get up to speed with NouveauSoft. Notice that the outline in Strategy Coach is significantly extended.
• New subscription model. New users will need to provide some information on our new registration web site in order to be property subscribed to our national data service. Existing users will need to register also so that they can continue to receive access. This new registration procedure will ensure that you continue to receive access
• Redesigned configuration. Click TOOLS/CONFIGURE to access the new configuration feature. Now you can configure any parameters in NouveauSoft for buy/sell/holding costs as well as rehabbing material and labor costs and more.
• New configuration utility can also be configured to support shared databases so that you can attach your home and office machines to the same database.
• Several incremental improvements to the overall experience.
